Residence Descriptions

Ranging from one to four bedrooms - each residence will feature 10-foot-high ceilings (select residences have double-height floor plans) and expansive, eight-foot-deep private balconies with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows offering sweeping city and bay views. Master baths will include separate water closets, oversized glass-enclosed showers, and freestanding soaking tubs; gourmet European-style kitchens will include the highest-quality stainless steel fixtures, quartz countertops, exotic natural wood cabinets, imported stone accent walls, and bamboo and natural stone flooring.

The residences will also feature grand entry foyers, walk-in closets, 310-thread-count linens, 42-inch flat-screen TVs, high-speed wireless Internet access, and iPod docking stations.
