Fees & Policies

Parking:
Tempo Miami offers valet parking at a cost of $20 per night.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy:

Standard

• Deposit of $100 is due at time of booking
• Cancellation may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours the entire stays room and tax is charged. No Shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

*Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, seven (7) days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Holiday / Special Event

• Advance Deposit of $500 charged to the credit card at time of booking.
• Full and Final payment for entire stay is charged 21 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation may be made up to 45 days prior to arrival without penalty. Within 44 days the entire stay room and tax is charged. No Shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Taxes: All fees charged at Tempo Miami will be subject to a 7% state sales tax and a 6% occupancy tax.

Tempo Miami accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Carte Blanche, EuroCard, and Diners Club. We are unable to accept to checks.

Check In and Check Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is prior to 12:00 pm.  For late check-out availability, check with the front desk on the morning of your departure.

Children: Tempo Miami is family friendly hotel.

Pets: Tempo Miami welcomes all service animals but is not able to accommodate other pets at the resort.

Smoking: Tempo Miami is pleased to offer a smoke free resort experience.  Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
